Thaicom Customer & Network Services

• We are the technical support team of Thaicom Satellite Station. We are also known as CND, in short for Customer & Network Services Department.
• We are 24-hours 7-days operation, continuously assisting our users in various technical activities and troubleshooting. We also monitor all signal traffic on our satellites.
• There are various telecommunication applications (VSAT, TDMA, Protrunk, Broadcast, etc...) operating on our satellites and our team has wide experience in working with various equipments and systems.
• One of our mission is to exchange knowledge with our customers and at the same time building our relationship. Every year, we hold customer training seminars in Thailand. We also provide on-site trainings for overseas customers as needed.
